Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility Window
We accept return requests made within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@futureproof.co.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Refund Method & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please email us at support@futureproof.co.in with photos of the damage or defect within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, based on product availability.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
