Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, we typically process and prepare it for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Timeframe

We deliver across India. After your order has been dispatched, please allow 4–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may occasionally require a little extra time.

Shipping Charges

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required. The price you see is the price you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

Delays & Wrong Addresses

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to be responsible for deliveries that fail due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you realise you have entered a wrong address, contact us immediately — we will do our best to help if the order has not yet been dispatched.
